Pricing Promise

At Groom and Go Mobile Pet Salon, we do our best to advertise accurate pricing so that you have an idea of what to expect. Sometimes things beyond the groomer's control (fleas, matting, excessive undercoat, and pet behavior) can cause grooms to take longer than expected. For this reason, there are applicable up-charges that may be imposed.

 

When we arrive to your pet's appointment, we will do a hands-on assessment of your pet. It is our promise that the price given at that assessment will be the price you are charged. If we encounter any obstacles that would warrant a price increase, then we will let you know for next time, but rest assured that the price promised for that appointment will not change after the dog enters our salon.

When booking appointments online, know that we try our best to give accurate estimates. Those prices could change upon the physical assessment. For the most accurate price please attach a picture to your booking request or email us a recent picture of your pet for a quote. We would be happy to go over pricing questions with you ahead of time.
